10/7/2023 0 Comments Parque aquatico cape codWhen the tide is low there are these warm, large tide pools with tiny silvery fish and hermit crabs. No big waves or undertow which make it a very family friendly beach for little ones. The water is warmer because it’s the bay side and if you are worried about sharks, get the Sharktivity app and you will see that the majority of them never go into the bay. It’s pretty big so you never feel crowded (unless you choose to put your stuff down right near the entrance to the beach which I have no idea why anyone does this, but they do). This is my favorite beach on the whole cape. Who knows what they thought or did behind our backs. Several people saw us walking to and from the pavilion, but all acted as if our appearances were nothing out of the ordinary. The lifeguards had called it a day, and no Park Rangers were in evidence as we walked to the pavilion – me naked and my husband once again wearing his pouch swimsuit.Īfter rinsing off in the indoor showers, we got in the car and headed home. There were still quite a number of people on the beach, but they paid us no heed. When we left (after 6:00 PM), we walked back to our car as we were (both naked). There were no beach patrols by Park Rangers. In the afternoon, a lifeguard on an ATV came down and turned around between the two sets of No Pets signs. I can say that the mood struck more than once. When the mood struck, we engaged in intensive 1-on-1 activity. We had enough food and drink to last the entire day. There was a nice breeze, and the water was warm and gentle. Walking for another 10 minutes or so would get you to the gay men’s beach, which includes its own nude section. A few m/f couples and two single men were also nude a little farther down the beach. My husband removed his swimsuit and we spent all day on the beach naked. We set up closer to the second set than to the first. There are now two rows of such signs, separated by about 100 feet. We walked until we came to the No Pets signs. that we were carrying – not a negative word was spoken. Dozens of people were already on the beach, but to the extent that people saw me naked and my husband almost naked as we walked by – given the towels, umbrella, cooler, etc. From there we walked further down the beach for about 5-6 minutes. Then we hopped back in the car and rode to the far left end of the parking lot. But hardly anyone was around at 10:30 AM, so I took a chance. According to the rules, genitals and female nipples are supposed to be covered. My husband put a baggie swimsuit on (a pouch that ties around the base of his genitals), but I stayed naked as we walked to the restrooms at the pavilion. On the way down, I enjoyed some creamy snacks that my husband provided for my morning protein.Īfter paying $25 at the entrance, we parked close to the left of the pavilion. It had been so hot that we were in the habit of going nude at home, so we drove nude to the beach.
